2. Hosting and server logs
This website runs on the HubSpot content management system of HubSpot Ireland Ltd., One Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you open a page, the server records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website securely and to detect errors and attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). HubSpot processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. HubSpot, Inc. (USA) is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies and consent
Cookies that are necessary to run the website and to store your cookie choice are set without consent (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, § 165 (3) TKG 2021). Cookies for statistics and marketing - such as HubSpot analytics, which shows us which pages are visited and how visitors find us - are only set after you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
4. Contact, quote request and downloads
When you use one of our forms (contact, quote request, white paper download), we process the data you enter - for example name, company, email address, phone number, your bioreactor system and your message - to answer your request and to prepare an offer (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and, for downloads, to send you the document and stay in touch about related topics (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is stored in our HubSpot CRM. We keep it as long as needed for the request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention periods apply.
If you read a document through a HubSpot document link, HubSpot records that the document was opened and which pages were viewed, so we can follow up on your interest.
5. Booking a call
Calls are booked through HubSpot Meetings. We process your name, email address and the chosen time slot to arrange and hold the meeting (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
6. Insights by email
If you subscribe to new insights, we send them to your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We use a double opt-in: the subscription only becomes active after you confirm it via the link in our email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. To improve our emails, HubSpot records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
7. Fonts and scripts
Fonts and scripts of this website - including the 3D viewer - are loaded from our own hosting; no data is sent to font or script providers when you visit the site.
8. LinkedIn
Our pages link to our LinkedIn profile. These are plain links: LinkedIn only receives data when you click one and leave our website.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Please write to office@p4b.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
